N.J. Ct. R. 4:41-2
Compensation
The special adjudicator’s compensation shall be fixed by the court and charged upon such of the parties or paid out of any fund or property as the court directs. The special adjudicator is entitled to a writ of execution against a party failing to comply with an order for compensation.
