A. Purpose of Charge
I am now going to tell you about the prin ciples of law governing this case.
You are required to accept my instruction as the law.
(You should consider these instructions as a whole, and do not pick out any
particular instruction and place undue emphasis upon it).
(Any ideas you have of what the law is or what the law should be or any
statements by the attorneys as to what the law may be, must be disregarded by you,
if they are in conflict with my charge.)
