N.H. Medicaid Hospice Provider Manual, Vol. II, § 1, Notifications & Updates
Notifications & Updates
Providers are notified of NH Medicaid changes and any other changes applicable to participating
providers through several types of media, including provider bulletins, provider notices, memos,
letters, web site updates, newsletters and/or updated pages to the General Billing Manual and/or the
Provider Specific Billing Manual. It is important that providers share these documents with their
billing agents and staff.
Billing Manual updates are distributed jointly by the Department and Xerox. Providers receive
notification of manual updates through a message sent to each provider’s message center inbox via
the web.
