N.H. Const. pt. II, art. 30
Inhabitant Defined
And every person, qualified as the constitution provides, shall be considered an inhabitant for the purpose of being elected into any office or place within this state, in the town, or ward, where he is domiciled.
History
June 2, 178 Amended 1958 substituting "ward" for "parish, and plantation." Amended 1976 twice deleting reference to electing and substituting "is domiciled" for "dwelleth and hath his home."
