N.H. Const. pt. II, art. 12
Biennial Election of Representatives in November
The members of the House of Representatives shall be chosen biennially, in the month of November, and shall be the second branch of the Legislature.
History
June 2, 1784 Amended twice in 1877 substituting "biennially" for "annually" and "November" for "March."
