Neb. Ct. R. § 6-1417

Motions; defined; when served. Service; defined

For purposes of these rules, the word "motion" shall include Neb. Ct. R. Pldg. § 6-1112(b) motions and all requests for an order of the court and the word "serve" shall mean service in accordance with Neb. Ct. R. Pldg. §§ 6-1105(b) and 6-1106(c). Motions shall be served not less than 10 days prior to date of hearing.
