Local Court Certificate of Intention to Adopt, Amend, or Repeal Rule

5.1 Any judge, on his own motion, may file with the Clerk of the District Court a Certificate of Intention to adopt, amend, or repeal a Local Court Rule or order.

5.2 A Certificate of Intention shall be treated as a petition under Section 3.
