N.C. Mediated Settlement Conf. R. 14
Local Rule Making
The senior resident superior court judge of any judicial district conducting
mediated settlement conferences under these rules is authorized to publish local
rules, not inconsistent with these rules and N.C.G.S. § 7A-38.1, implementing
conferences in that district.
