Confidentiality
Proceedings in the Supreme Court are confidential unless the respondent files
a document with the Supreme Court that waives the confidentiality of the
proceedings. The proceedings are no longer confidential if the Supreme Court
publicly reprimands, censures, suspends, or removes the respondent.
