N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 225.23
DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS.
The motor vehicle law provides that it is unlawful to operate a
motor vehicle1 upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area except upon a permanent
or temporary driveway.
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
