N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 215.50
OVERLOADING OR OVERCROWDING MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
The motor vehicle law provides that no person shall operate a
motor vehicle on a [highway] [public vehicular area] when it is so
[crowded with passengers] [loaded with property] [crowded with
passengers or loaded with property] as to obstruct the operator's view of
the highway (including intersections) or otherwise to impair the proper
operation of the vehicle.
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
