N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 210.25
EMERGENCY VEHICLES-INTERFERENCE WITH FIRE EQUIPMENT.
The motor vehicle law provides that it is unlawful to:
[drive a motor vehicle over a fire hose or any other equipment that
is being used at a fire at any time]
[block a fire fighting apparatus or other equipment from its source
of supply, regardless of its distance from the fire].
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
