N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 209.20
TURNING AT INTERSECTION-CONTROLLED BY BUTTONS, MARKERS OR OTHER DIRECTION SIGNS.
The motor vehicle law provides that the operator of a vehicle
turning at an intersection2 must follow the route which has been clearly
indicated by the [buttons] [markers] [(name other direction signs)]
placed at the intersection by the [Board of Transportation] [(name local
authority)].3
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
