N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 205.10
MEETING OF VEHICLES.
The motor vehicle law provides that the operators of vehicles
proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right, each
giving to the other at least one-half of the main-traveled portion of the
roadway as nearly as possible.2
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
