N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 204.52
OPERATION OF MOTORCYCLES-ENTITLEMENT TO FULL USE OF A LANE.
All motorcycles2 are entitled to full use of a single lane. The motor
vehicle law provides that no motor vehicle3 shall be driven in such a
manner as to deprive any motorcycle of the full use of a single lane.4
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
