N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 203.08
RIGHT-OF-WAY-ONE VEHICLE INTENDING TO TURN LEFT AT ALLEY, PRIVATE ROAD OR DRIVEWAY.
The motor vehicle law provides that the operator of a vehicle
intending to turn to the left into [an alley] [a private road] [a driveway]
shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite
direction which is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
