N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 203.05
RIGHT-OF-WAY TRAFFIC CIRCLE.
The motor vehicle law provides that the operator of any vehicle
approaching but not yet having entered a traffic circle shall yield the
right-of-way to any vehicle already within such traffic circle.
A violation of this law is negligence within itself.
