N.C.P.I.—Motor Vehicle 150.10
JURY SHOULD CONSIDER ALL CONTENTIONS.
Now, members of the jury, you have heard the evidence and the
arguments of the attorneys. It is your duty to consider all of the
evidence, all contentions arising from that evidence, and the arguments
and positions of the attorneys. You must weigh all of these in light of
your common sense and determine the truth of this matter. You are to
perform this duty fairly and objectively, and without bias, sympathy, or
partiality toward any party.
