N.C.P.I.—Crim. 105.10

RELIGIOUS BELIEFS OR OPINIONS.

When evidence has been received with regard to a witness'

religious beliefs or opinions, you must not consider that by reason of such

evidence that witness' credibility is impaired or enhanced. You may,

however, consider such evidence for the purpose of showing [interest]

[bias] and therefore what weight you wish to accord that witness'

testimony.
