N.C.P.I.—Crim. 104.95
OPINION TESTIMONY BY LAY WITNESS.
Evidence has been received from a witness in the form of an
opinion. You may only consider the opinion of a witness that is rationally
based on the perception of the witness and helpful to [a clear
understanding of the witness's testimony] (or) [the determination of a
fact in issue].
