N.C.P.I.—Crim. 101.32
DEFENDANT'S ABSENCE FROM TRIAL; CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION MONITORING.
In compliance with court procedure that is provided for in cases of
this nature, the defendant will not be present during portions of the
presentation of evidence. In his absence, the defendant is provided
closed circuit television monitoring of the proceedings and will be allowed
to confer with his attorney during the presentation of evidence.
The defendant's absence is not to create any presumption against
him and is not to influence your decision in any way.
