N.C.P.I.—Civil 103.55
AGENCY-WILLFUL AND INTENTIONAL INJURY INFLICTED BY AN AGENT.
A principal is not liable for a willful and intentional injury inflicted
by his agent to satisfy the agent's personal spite or hatred, even though
at the time the agent was otherwise engaged on the principal's
business.1
