Hospice Provider

Hospice provider means a public agency or private organization or subdivision of

either of these that is primary engaged in providing hospice care, according to 42

CFR §418.3.

For the purpose of this policy, Hospice provider also refers to Hospice, Hospice

Agency or Hospice Entity.
