Mont. Jud. Standards Comm'n R. 8
Immunity
Members of the Commission, investigators, special or appointed counsel, and staff members
shall be immune from suit for any conduct in the course of their official duties. All persons
referenced above are deemed officers and/or agents of the Commission for all purposes
mentioned in these rules.
