Mont. R. Arb. Fee Disp. 9.1

All records, documents, files, proceedings and hearings pertaining to the arbitration

of any dispute under these rules shall be confidential, except as necessary to enforce these Rules,

or coordinate efforts with the Montana Supreme Court’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel, and will

be closed to the public.
