Mont. R. Arb. Fee Disp. 7.6

The parties to the arbitration are entitled to be heard, present evidence and cross -

examine the other party or witnesses appearing at the hearing. Any party to an arbitration has

the right to be represented by an attorney, at the party’s own expense, dur ing all stages of the

arbitration.
