Mont. R. Arb. Fee Disp. 5.6
If the Respondent is the client and chooses Option (c), or the client fails to return the
signed agreement within the time specified above, the State Bar will notify the attorney of client’s
choice not to participate and the matter will be deemed closed for purposes of arbitration,
pursuant to these Rules.
