Mont. R. Arb. Fee Disp. 5.3
Upon receipt of a copy of the signed Petition and the proposed Arbitration Agreement,
the Respondent has the following Options:
(a) participate in binding arbitration;
(b) participate in non-binding arbitration, or
(c) not participate in the arbitration.
