Mont. R. Arb. Fee Disp. 5.2

Upon receipt of the duly executed documents from Petitioner, the State Bar shall

promptly forward, by certified mail, a copy of the Petition and an original and one copy of the

Arbitration Agreement to the opposing party(ies) named in the Petition.
