Determining Age of Recipient—Criminal Distribution of Imitation Dangerous Drugs
If you find the defendant guilty of criminal distribution of the imitation dangerous drug, _______________, as charged in Count ___, you must then determine whether the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the person to whom the Defendant distributed the dangerous drug was under the age of 18.
