Determining Amount of Marijuana or Tetrahydrocannabinol—Criminal Production or Manufacture of Dangerous Drugs
If you find the defendant guilty of criminal production or manufacture of the dangerous drug, [marijuana] [tetrahydrocannabinol], as charged in Count ___, you must then determine whether the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt that [the total weight is more than a pound] [the number of plants is more than 30].
“Weight” means the weight of the dry plant and includes the leaves and stem structure but does not include the root structure.
