Determining if Death Resulted from Criminal Distribution of Dangerous Drugs
If you find the defendant guilty of criminal distribution of the dangerous drug, _______________, as charged in Count ___, you must then determine whether the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the death of __________, resulted from the use of any dangerous drug that was distributed.
