Determining Age of Defendant and Recipient—Criminal Distribution of Dangerous Drugs
If you find the defendant guilty of criminal distribution of the dangerous drug, _______________, as charged in Count ___, you must then determine whether the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the Defendant was an adult at the time of distribution and that the person to whom the Defendant distributed the dangerous drug was a minor.
