Mont. Medicaid Hospice Policy Manual, Policy 101
Manual Instructions
OBJECTIVE
This manual provides Hospice policies and procedures covering the
Montana Medicaid Hospice program. This manual replaces all
previously issued policy and procedural information relating to
Medicaid Hospice Services Program.

REVISIONS
Changes to program policy are transmitted quarterly by manual
page revisions which are available on line at
http://dphhs.mt.gov/SLTC/csb/Provider.
REFERENCE
NUMBER
Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) and Code of Federal
Regulation (CFR) reference numbers are located on each policy.
If after consulting this manual, individuals are unable to answer
questions or resolve issues that occur, a clarification or
interpretation of policy may be requested from the Hospice
Program Manager at 406-444-4077
