DRUG COURTS

Drug court procedures shall be pursuant to the guidelines developed by the State Drug Court

Advisory Committee.

History

Comments & Procedures: Rule 35. Miss. Code Ann. § 9-23-7 provides: The Administrative Office of Courts shall be responsible for certification and monitoring of local drug courts according to standards promulgated by the State Drug Courts Advisory Committee.
