misrepresentation, impersonation, or other fraudulent means];

OR

2B. [Name of defendant] [intentionally/knowingly] and unlawfully failed to disclose a change in

The Court states that these model jury instructions have not been adopted or approved by the Supreme Court of Mississippi.
