Receiving Money from an Automatic Cash Dispensing Machine (ATM) with the Intent to Defraud - Less Than $100.00 - Second or Subsequent Offense

If you find beyond a reasonable doubt from the evidence in this case that:

from an automatic (unmanned) cash dispensing machine, an ATM, intending to defraud the
