_____________ [specify official listed in § 97-11-53], or [name of public official]’s

[husband/wife], intending to influence [name of public official] to:

A. Award or refuse to award a contract by ____________ [specify the entity listed in §

97-11-53]; or

B. [Purchase/Buy/Sell/Lease] property by ____________ [specify the entity listed in §

97-11-53]; or

C. [Accomplish/Carry out] an official act involving public money or public trust,
