A. Disguised or hid [name of person]; or

B. Warned [name of person] that [he/she] was about to be caught or discovered; or

C. [Gave/Helped get] [name of person] ____________ [specify money, vehicle, weapon,

disguise, or other means to avoid being caught or discovered]; or

D. Prevented [name of person who was pursuing the individual] from _______________

[specify the act which was prevented that might have caught, discovered, or convicted the

individual]; or

E. [Altered/Hid/Destroyed] evidence that might have helped catch, discover, or convict

[name of person],

intending to hinder the [apprehension/prosecution/conviction/punishment] of [name of person]

for committing __________ [specify felony], a felony,

then you shall find [name of defendant] guilty as charged.

If the State did not prove any one of the above listed elements beyond a reasonable doubt,

then you shall find [name of defendant] not guilty of count _____.

The Court states that these model jury instructions have not been adopted or approved by the Supreme Court of Mississippi.
