Bribery to Conceal Certain Felonies - Less than Life Imprisonment

3. [Name of defendant] unlawfully [took/received/accepted] [a/an] _______________ [specify

the money, property, reward, or promise], intending to ___________________ [specify (1)

conceal the felony; (2) refuse to cooperate with the felony’s prosecution; or (3) withhold

evidence about the felony],

then you shall find [name of defendant] guilty as charged.

If the State did not prove any one of the above listed elements beyond a reasonable doubt,
