Drive-By Bombing - Intentionally Causing Serious Bodily Injury

2. While in or on a vehicle, [name of defendant] intentionally and unlawfully caused serious
bodily injury to [name of victim] by throwing a bomb or explosive device from the vehicle,
then you shall find [name of defendant] guilty as charged.
If the State did not prove any one of the above listed elements beyond a reasonable doubt,
then you shall find [name of defendant] not guilty of count _____.
