Aggravated Domestic Violence - Attempting to Cause Injury to a Person Using Other Means

If you find beyond a reasonable doubt from the evidence in this case that:

likely to kill or injure __________ [name of victim]; and
3. When [name of defendant] unlawfully attempted to [injure/cause bodily injury to] [name of

relationship of victim listed in § 97-3-7(4)],
then you shall find [name of defendant] guilty as charged.
If the State did not prove any one of the above listed elements beyond a reasonable doubt,
