Possessing Money in a Correctional Facility

If you find beyond a reasonable doubt from the evidence in this case that:

2. [Name of defendant] was an offender and committed to the Mississippi Department of
Corrections; and

money order, traveler's check, promissory note, credit card, personal check, or other negotiable
instrument] _________________________ [specify (1) on [his/her] body or (2) in a location
assigned to [him/her] and under [his/her] control],
then you shall find [name of defendant] guilty as charged.
If the State did not prove any one of the above listed elements beyond a reasonable doubt,
then you shall find [name of defendant] not guilty of count _____.
