activein force · 2012-02-17 – presentas-observed

In determining the amount to award the [plaintiff/landowner] for damage to [his/her/its]

real property, you should consider whether the real property can be repaired or restored to its

original condition. If the real property can be repaired or restored to its original condition, then

you should award the landowner the reasonable cost of repairs to the property unless the

reasonable cost of repairs is more than the fair market value of the property before the damage

occurred.
