Revenue Codes
Providers may utilize the following hospice revenue codes.

0551 | Skilled Nursing Visit | Medicare Rate
0561 | Medical Social Service Visit | Medicare Rate
0651 | Routine Home Care | Medicare Rate
0652 | Continuous Home Care | Medicare Rate
655 | Inpatient Respite Care | Medicare Rate
656 | General Inpatient Care | Medicare Rate
658 | Nursing Home Room and Board | 95% of the Medicaid Nursing Home Rate
