Minn. R. Civ. App. P. 147
Effective Date
These rules are effective on August 1, 1983, and govern all civil appeals and proceedings brought after that date.
History
Comment - 1983 The revised rules are effective on August 1, 1983, the effective date of Minnesota Statutes, section 480A.06, which establishes the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals, and will govern all civil appeals and proceedings initiated in either the Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals after that date. Appeals and other proceedings pending in the Supreme Court on July 31, 1983, will be governed by the former rules.
