MI Health Link/MI Coordinated Health

Beneficiaries enrolled in MI Health Link/MI Coordinated Health are dually eligible for both

Medicare and Medicaid. While hospice is not a benefit offered by MI Health Link/MI

Coordinated Health, beneficiaries in the program may still elect hospice and begin

receiving hospice services at any time.

Individuals enrolled in the MI Health Link/MI Coordinated Health program who elect

hospice services may remain enrolled in the MI Health Link/MI Coordinated Health

program if they choose.
