M.R. Elec. Ct. Sys. 40

SANCTIONS

(A) Failure to comply with these rules may be grounds for a finding of

contempt of court and imposition of sanctions.

(B) As officers of the court, attorneys are required to abide by these

rules and may be subject to professional discipline for any violations.
