SIGNING OF PLEADINGS

(a) Probate Proceedings.

(1) Informal Probate Proceedings. In informal probate proceedings, the

application shall be verified by the applicant and shall state the applicant’s

address and the name and address of the applicant’s attorney, if any.

(2) Formal Probate Proceedings. Rule 11 of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure

governs procedure in formal probate proceedings in the Probate Courts.

(b) Civil Proceedings. Rule 11 of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure governs

procedure in civil proceedings in the Probate Courts.
