IMMUNITY

Pursuant to 18-C M.R.S. § 1-111(6), 19-A M.R.S. § 1507(6), 22 M.R.S.

§ 4005(1)(G), and these Rules, guardians ad litem are entitled to quasi-judicial

immunity from liability for actions undertaken pursuant to their appointments

and these Rules.
